This painting is 48" by 48" on gallery wrapped canvas, unframed, and done in acrylics. The style and technique used in this painting causes the human eye to take individual colors and shapes and blend them together to create an image much like what is done in photography. Herford cows hold a special intest to me, having helped raise them on our family ranch in Wyoming. They were introduced to Wyoming in the 1870s to 1880s and are a  striking breed that are prominently brown with a white face.
